By accessing the venue, making a reservation, or participating in any event hosted by PLAYA, you agree to the following:<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"523\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"554\"><strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"554\">1. General Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"719\">PLAYA Beach Club is a seasonal venue operating during specified months each year. Opening hours and services may vary due to weather conditions or special events.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"839\">Entry may be subject to capacity limits. We reserve the right to restrict access during peak times or private events.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1022\">Guests must comply with all staff instructions and posted signage. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for inappropriate behavior or non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1027\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1061\"><strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1061\">2. Reservations &amp; Events<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1162\">Reservations for tables or event areas are recommended, especially during evenings and weekends.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1295\">A deposit may be required for group bookings, private parties, or corporate events. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1436\">Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposits paid. Later cancellations may be non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1441\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1480\"><strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1480\">3. Private &amp; Corporate Events<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1602\">All private and corporate events are subject to a tailored agreement (Estimate), including event scope, availability, and pricing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1718\">Any damages caused to the venue, furniture, or equipment during a private event will be charged to the organizer.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1847\">Final guest counts, catering preferences, and setup requests must be confirmed at least 5 business days before the event date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1852\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1880\"><strong data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1880\">4. Food &amp; Beverage<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1986\">Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing for private events.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2101\">PLAYA reserves the right to modify menus, pricing, or ingredients based on availability or seasonal adjustments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2211\">Responsible alcohol service is strictly enforced. Guests may be refused service at the discretion of staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2216\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2245\"><strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2245\">5. Safety &amp; Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2359\">Children must be supervised at all times. PLAYA is not liable for accidents resulting from lack of supervision.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2484\">The venue may include sand, outdoor games, and entertainment features. Guests enter and use these areas at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2566\">Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2571\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2592\"><strong data-start=\"2577\" data-end=\"2592\">6. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2642\">All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2645\" data-end=\"2743\">Payments for food, drinks, and services can be made by cash, credit\/debit card, or mobile payment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2861\">Invoices for events must be settled according to the payment terms outlined in the confirmation email or agreement (Estimate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2866\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2898\"><strong data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"2898\">7. Media &amp; Photography<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"3059\">Photos or video may be taken during public or private events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in these materials, please inform our team.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3062\" data-end=\"3131\">Commercial photography or filming must be pre-approved by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3136\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3171\"><strong data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3171\">8. Modifications to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3350\">PLAYA Beach Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
